3, motor has four leading lines, red, black, yellow, green, green line is connected to the shell, red black yellow is connected to the stator, when testing red black yellow is screwed together, equivalent to a motor output on two lines, total thirteen motors, equivalent to output 26 following lines.

4, test process: in closed container, let thirteen motors in 2.5MPa high voltage motors all flooded by water, after immersing 2min, according to test insulation, test insulation resistance greater than 200MΩ judge qualified, below 200MΩ judge not qualified, wait to immerse 2min after, according to the station test contract judge PASS, not qualified judge FAIL, qualified show green, not qualified show red

5, after the customer control part finished (i.e. after the complete immersion 2min), output a signal to us, we start testing, until our thirteen stations all finished, output a signal to the customer, the customer's side is good to perform the next action.
